High Protein Mac Salad

I love a salad in a jar. It is great for prepping and storing in the fridge so that you can grab and go on busy weekdays. This one takes me back a minute. I can’t tell you last time I actually ate a big mac but the sauce is what makes the burger. This is a saucy salad for sure. I am a fan of pickles and add quite a few in this recipe. The Greek yogurt adds an extra bit of protein. This will fill you up for hours. Grab a jar and a big dumping bowl and enjoy!

High Protein Mac Salad
HIGH PROTEIN MAC SALAD DRESSING: (4 jars)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp relish
Salt and pepper to taste
HIGH PROTEIN MAC SALAD: (4 jars)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp avocado
1 tbsp red onion
1/2 cup pickles
3/4 cup ground chicken
2 cups lettuce
Top with 2 tbsp cheese and 1 tbsp bacon
Place all dressing ingredients in the jar and stir at in the jar. Then add the salad ingredients in the order they are listed. Be sure to dump in a large enough bowl to mix together. Enjoy!
